AIGC Use Policy (Acceptable Use Policy)

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

This AIGC Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses picmovi.com, including Image to Video, image-to-video, video generation, AI image generation, and related tools. It supplements the Terms of Service. If this AUP and the Terms conflict on a prohibited-content issue, the stricter rule applies.

1. Allowed use

You may use picmovi for lawful creative, commercial, educational, and personal projects: turning a photo into a short video, generating images, and similar studio workflows that do not violate this AUP or applicable law.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, prompt, generate, download, publish, or sell any of the following. These rules apply to text prompts, uploaded images, audio where offered, and generated outputs.

  • Pornographic / NSFW content. Sexually explicit or pornographic material; nude genitalia created for sexual purposes; adult-entertainment generation from text or photos.
  • Violent / gory content. Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies extreme harm.
  • Hate speech. Attacks or threats against people or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or abusive depiction of anyone 17 or under — real, fictional, or synthetic. Zero tolerance.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation. Unauthorized use of a real person's face, likeness, or voice; deceptive impersonation; non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
  • Copyright / trademark infringement. Using others' copyrighted works, trademarks, or logos without rights or a valid exception.

Other illegal activity, including content prohibited by applicable law or payment-network rules, is also banned.

3. Platform content moderation

picmovi screens generative requests on the server. Text prompts and uploaded images are checked for NSFW and other prohibited content before a generation is allowed to finish. Checks may be automated and may be followed by human review of reports or repeated violations.

  • Requests that fail screening do not complete. You will see a failure or refusal message.
  • Credits for jobs blocked by safety screening are typically returned to the account.
  • We may keep limited records of blocked or reported jobs to enforce this AUP and to comply with law.
  • Automated screening cannot catch every violation. Users remain responsible for their inputs and outputs.

4. User reporting channel

Report suspected prohibited content to support@picmovi.com using the subject "Report prohibited content." Include a description, the URL or job/product ID if available, and the approximate time. Do not email CSAM files.

Reports are reviewed by our team. Child-safety and illegal-content reports are prioritized. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts, and contact payment processors or law enforcement when required. We will confirm receipt when practical; we may not share full investigation details.

5. Enforcement actions

  • Block or delete the generation and related stored files
  • Refund or forfeit credits
  • Warn, suspend, or permanently terminate the account
  • Block related accounts or payment methods
  • For CSAM or other illegal content: immediate permanent ban and reporting as required by law

6. Updates

We may update this AUP at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@picmovi.com.
